THIS WILL BE THE FINAL FROST FORECAST OF THIS SEASON.

Discussion:  The upper level low offshore will move slowly inland overnight and Sunday and on east on Monday.  A band of clouds and showers is moving northward into southern Washington this evening and some areas will get showers overnight.  This moisture band will move on north Sunday with clearing along with cooler air.  With less clouds expected Sunday night, wind sheltered cold spots in the upper valley could fall into the upper 30s Monday morning.   Another Pacific front will move in early Tuesday and bring a cloud cover for Monday night along with a little rain in some areas Tuesday.  Then a cooler westerly flow will develop through the rest of the week.  Temperatures in colder, wind sheltered locations would have potential to drop to the low to mid 30s on any night from Wednesday into next weekend if clouds are not present.

The 2pm PDT 3500 foot wind at Rattlesnake Ridge was northeast at 10 mph.

The dew point at the Yakima Airport Key Station at 4pm PDT was 41degrees with a temperatures of 76.
