LATEST WEB PAGES:
      If you have problems getting the latest data (frost forecast for example), try clicking the refresh or reload button on your browser.  If this fails to bring up the latest page, try the following:

In MS Internet Explorer,
     Click the Refresh button while holding down the Control key.

     If that doesn't work, Select - Tools (from the top menu), then Internet Options, then click on the                   General tab.   Then click on the Delete Files button and the Clear History button, finally                     click  OK and try to retrieve desired page again.

     If the desired data are in a frame.  Right click in the frame then click Refresh.

In Netscape Navigator,
     Select - Edit (from the top menu), then Preferences.  Then click on Clear History and Clear                         Location Bars.   Finally, click on OK and try to retrieve desired page again.

     If the desired data are in a frame.  Right click in the frame then click Reload Frame.
